40-year-old former media planner and team leader who’s spent more than 15 years in the media industry, is enthusiastic about cinema, a mom and working part-time for 2.5 days a week in the back office department at WerbeWeischer. In addition to the film forecasts, I am responsible for various marketing projects and look after our interns.
In 2.5 days I try to get everything under one roof with my exciting and versatile activities. The movie forecasts are the most exciting part for me and I continuously learn a lot of new stuff.
The Swiss media landscape has been in a state of upheaval for some time now. It’s exciting to see which media can assert themselves and which will eventually disappear completely. We have a great variety here and every medium has its own special charm.
Cinema is a quality medium. It’s consumed for leisure outside of working hours. For me, cinema gives the ability to “switch off your mind”, kick back and immerse yourself in another world. The advertisements have a high quality and are really paid attention to. I love the variety and wide selection of different genres. The big screen and the great quality of the sound help you to immerse yourself in the action.
